My name is Michael Douglas, founder of Dwayne Enterprises LLC. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, and property operations, I have built my career on hard work, customer service, and a commitment to quality.

My journey began in the hospitality industry, where I worked my way up from housekeeping and laundry services to groundskeeping, maintenance, and eventually Chief Engineer for major hotel brands. Later, I transitioned into the apartment industry, serving as both Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor, where I gained extensive experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, renovations, and preventive maintenance.

The knowledge and leadership skills I gained from overseeing maintenance operations for large hotels and apartment communities became the foundation for Dwayne Enterprises. Today, I bring that same dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail to every project—large or small.
